Ford Philippines recently held its 2025 Dealer Convention at the Solaire Grand Ballroom in Parañaque City, a gathering that brought together its nationwide network of dealers to celebrate outstanding performance across sales, service, and customer experience.
The annual event underscores Ford’s commitment to recognizing the people and partners who bring the brand’s promise to life for Filipino customers. Awards were presented to top-performing individuals and dealer teams whose efforts contributed to record-breaking sales, high service quality, and exemplary customer satisfaction.
The Sales awards highlighted achievements in both retail and fleet segments. In Service, Ford acknowledged excellence in areas such as warranty processing, parts and accessories sales, and extended service contracts. For Customer Experience, the honors were based on key customer satisfaction indicators, reflecting Ford’s focus on quality engagement at every touchpoint.
Ford’s bank partners also took the stage to recognize dealerships for performance in vehicle financing. Both EastWest Bank and Bank of the Philippine Islands presented awards to dealers with the most accounts closed and highest penetration rates.
Pedro Simoes, managing director of Ford Philippines, expressed gratitude to dealer teams nationwide: “We are proud to honor our partners who consistently exceed expectations and uphold the Ford brand in every customer interaction. Their dedication is vital in driving our collective success.”
