The Xpander and Xpander Cross, introduced in 2018 and 2020, have long been Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation’s (MMPC) solid contenders in the local multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) market. For the 2026 model year, MMPC has unveiled the refreshed versions of both models, carrying updates aimed at keeping them sharp in an increasingly competitive segment.

With the goal of delivering dependable mobility for Filipino families, the 2026 Xpander and Xpander Cross arrive with a more striking design, updated technology, and new driver assistance features.

The Xpander now sports a redesigned grille accented with chrome details that frame the sharper LED daytime running lights. The headlights gain black vertical slits, giving the vehicle a wider stance, while refreshed front and rear bumpers feature aero-blade trims for a sportier look. Completing the exterior changes are newly designed 17-inch wheels.

The Xpander Cross, meanwhile, leans further into its rugged character. It comes with a larger trapezoidal grille featuring a structured mesh pattern, while its front and rear bumpers are fitted with protective vertical guards that highlight its tougher image. Like the Xpander, the Cross also rides on redesigned 17-inch wheels.

Inside, Mitsubishi gives each model its own distinct character. The Xpander goes for a clean and modern black interior with soft-touch materials and stitching, combining elegance with ease of upkeep. The Xpander Cross, on the other hand, carries a two-tone burgundy and black cabin, lending a more premium ambiance.

Both vehicles share several new features, including a redesigned steering wheel, an 8-inch digital driver information display, and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. For added passenger comfort, Mitsubishi has also added a headrest to the second-row middle seat.

On the safety and driver assistance front, the 2026 Xpander and Xpander Cross are equipped with a Multi-Around Monitor. Using cameras positioned around the vehicle, this system provides a 360-degree view to help drivers park with precision and spot nearby obstacles. Both models also now come with active yaw control, enhancing cornering stability and overall handling.

The refreshed lineup also introduces new paint options. Green Bronze Metallic joins the Xpander range, while Sunrise Orange Metallic is offered exclusively for the Xpander Cross. These complement existing colors such as Quartz White Pearl, Red Metallic, Graphite Gray Metallic, Blaze Silver Metallic, and Jet Black Mica.

The 2026 Mitsubishi Xpander and Xpander Cross are now available at the following prices:

  • Xpander GLX MT – P1,099,000

  • Xpander GLX AT – P1,159,000
