Ford Philippines is going big this season with not just one, but two special edition vehicles hitting the local market. Meet the Ranger Sport Special Edition and the Everest Sport Special Edition—two bold, feature-packed variants designed to deliver both style and substance for truck and SUV fans alike.
Ranger Sport Special Edition: More Muscle for Your Hustle
Based on the well-loved Ranger Sport, this special edition steps up its game with practical enhancements made for work, weekend trips, and everything in between. The most eye-catching upgrade? A long leg sports bar stretching from cab to bed, adding rugged appeal and extra support when loading cargo.
Also new to the cabin are retractable cup holders cleverly integrated into the dashboard—something Ford says customers have been specifically asking for.
Performance-wise, the Ranger Sport Special Edition runs on a 2.0L Single Turbo Diesel engine with 170 PS and 405 Nm of torque, paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Available in 4×2 and 4×4, it’s built for both city cruising and rough terrain.
With its 18-inch alloy wheels, ventilated front disc brakes, and robust double wishbone and leaf spring suspension, this truck is ready for action. The cabin keeps things modern with an 8-inch digital cluster, a 10-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and FordPass for remote access features like door lock/unlock and engine start.
It comes in Absolute Black, Arctic White, Blue Lightning, and Meteor Grey, starting at ₱1,529,000, and includes a 5-year warranty.

Everest Sport Special Edition: All Style, All Substance
Joining the Everest lineup is a new variant that puts a sleek spin on Ford’s trusted 7-seater. The Everest Sport Special Edition comes loaded with blacked-out details—a black roof and spoiler (wrapped in decal), 20-inch black wheels with red inserts, and Everest hood lettering that demands attention.
Only available in Aluminum Metallic and Snowflake White Pearl, it starts at ₱2,194,000 and will be available in limited quantities only.
Under the hood, it’s powered by a 2.0L Turbo Diesel engine (170 PS, 405 Nm) mated to a 6-speed automatic with 4×2 drivetrain. Inside, it’s packed with creature comforts like leather/synthetic leather seats with Sport stitching, a 10-inch SYNC 4A touchscreen, wireless charging, and a hands-free power liftgate.
The Everest Sport Special Edition also keeps safety a priority, featuring 7 airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Hill Launch Assist, Roll Over Mitigation, and an adjustable speed limiter.
Like the Ranger, it’s also backed by a 5-year warranty and FordPass connectivity.

Catch Them Live
Both special editions will be showcased at the Auto Focus Summer Test Drive Festival from May 8 to 11, 2025 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. Don’t miss the chance to check them out up close and maybe even get behind the wheel.
