Mober, a leader in sustainable logistics, is taking a bold step toward a cleaner, more efficient future with the official launch of Central Charge—the largest commercial EV charging hub in the Philippines.
Located along D. Macapagal Avenue in Pasay City, Central Charge is a game-changer for the country’s logistics sector. Spanning 3,000 square meters and equipped with 56 charging ports, the hub can power up to 200 electric trucks daily with its structured three-shift system. This ensures Mober’s fleet of e-vans and e-trucks remains fully operational round the clock.
Unlike typical charging stations, Central Charge is built for the high demands of logistics operations. With 50 7kW DC chargers and two 60kWh fast-charging units, it reduces vehicle downtime and optimizes fleet efficiency. Its strategic location near Metro Manila’s major commercial hubs allows for seamless mid- and last-mile deliveries for top clients like IKEA, Nestlé Philippines, and Maersk.

A Commitment to Sustainable Growth
“Since our shift to EVs in 2021, we’ve been tackling infrastructure challenges head-on,” said Dennis Ng, Founder and CEO of Mober. “With Central Charge, we’re not just charging trucks—we’re charging forward toward a more sustainable future, proving that the Philippines can lead the way in green logistics.”
Mober’s sustainability roadmap includes plans to integrate solar photovoltaic panels and a 500kWh battery energy storage system (BESS) at Central Charge. These enhancements will significantly cut emissions, reinforcing the company’s long-term vision of building a truly green logistics ecosystem.
This launch follows Mober’s recent milestone—the introduction of the country’s first electric tractor head truck, further cementing its role in the EV logistics revolution. As the company continues to expand, it aims to scale its fleet to over 500 EVs by 2026, accelerating the Philippines’ transition to clean energy transportation.
By aligning with the Electric Vehicles and Charging Systems (EVIDA) Act, Mober is not only responding to evolving industry demands but also shaping the future of sustainable logistics in the region.
