Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) and Southern Auto Mart have broken ground on the future site of Isuzu Dumaguete, marking the beginning of a strategic relocation aimed at enhancing customer service and dealership accessibility in the region.
The new facility will meet the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS), underscoring IPC’s investment in nationwide dealership modernization. “We are truly excited about this new location,” said IPC President Mikio Tsukui. “It brings our brand closer to Dumaguete customers, improving access and elevating service standards.”
Set on a 3,144-square-meter lot, the dealership will feature a 251-square-meter showroom for up to four vehicles, including light-duty trucks. The service shop will house four fully ventilated bays for LCV and CV repairs, complemented by a comfortable customer lounge.
The timing aligns with Dumaguete’s continued economic development and the rising need for dependable mobility solutions. The project supports IPC’s aggressive expansion plan aimed at strengthening its footprint and improving customer reach across the Philippines.
