A joint report released by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) revealed that total vehicle sales in April 2025 reached 150,654 units.
Although the industry continues to show overall growth, the recent deceleration in sales may be attributed to seasonal fluctuations, prevailing economic conditions, or shifts in consumer behavior. Industry stakeholders remain vigilant and anticipate further market movements in the coming months.
Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation maintained its market leadership with a 47.74% share, followed by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation at 19.76%. Nissan Philippines, Inc. held a 5.43% share, Suzuki Philippines, Inc. accounted for 4.65%, and Ford Group Philippines captured 4.47% of the market.
