BYD Cars Philippines, the local arm of ACMobility, is bringing electric vehicle technology closer to Filipino consumers through the launch of six new dealerships. Located in Cavite, Laguna, Zambales, and Cebu, these new facilities are designed to serve the growing demand for cleaner, more efficient transportation while offering comprehensive aftersales and charging support.
“This phase of our expansion represents more than just growth—it’s about enabling access to smart, sustainable mobility for more communities,” said Bob Palanca, Managing Director of BYD Cars Philippines. “With ACMobility’s EV charging network scaling up nationwide, we are well-positioned to make electric mobility practical, affordable, and within reach.”
Strategic Rollout in Luzon
In Luzon, BYD Bacoor, operated by Iconic Dealership Inc., features a 6-vehicle showroom with a V2L display, a modern café-style lounge, and a fully equipped service area with 10 bays. The site also includes five EV chargers and ample customer parking.
South of Metro Manila, BYD Sta. Rosa is tailored to the CALABARZON market with a 10-car showroom and eight workbays. Its EV charging facilities comprise three 30kW DC fast chargers and four 7kW AC units.
In Subic, BYD partnered with Harmony Auto Group Philippines to establish a 1,754 sqm dealership offering a 9-car showroom, VIP amenities, LED displays, and six service bays. Five AC chargers are available on-site, with a 30kW DC charger to be activated soon.

Expanding Reach in the Visayas
Anchoring the Visayas network, BYD Cebu Central spans over 7,200 sqm, making it the brand’s largest dealership in the country. It features a 12-car showroom, 14 service bays, and a dedicated customer lounge with shuttle services. The facility also includes a full floor for body and paint work.
BYD Cebu Central actively contributes to ACMobility’s Charge Forward initiative, which aims to install over 700 EV charging points by 2025. The dealership currently operates three 7kW AC chargers and one 30kW DC unit.
Two satellite locations—BYD Ayala Cebu and BYD Il Corso—further strengthen the brand’s local presence. Both offer a range of EVs on display and public charging access. BYD Ayala Cebu houses two 22kW AC chargers, while BYD Il Corso features four 7kW AC chargers and an upcoming 30kW DC unit.
To support further growth, construction is now underway on BYD Cebu South, reinforcing BYD’s commitment to extending electric mobility across Cebu and Central Visayas.
“These developments are just the start,” said Adam Hu, BYD Philippines Country Head. “We are working toward a network of 77 dealerships and service centers by 2025. Together with ACMobility, we’re building the foundation for long-term EV adoption in the Philippines.”
The latest expansion reflects BYD and ACMobility’s shared vision of creating a nationwide ecosystem that supports the transition to cleaner transport. As new facilities come online, more Filipinos can expect greater convenience, cost savings, and access to world-class electric mobility solutions.
