Bosch Car Service, under ACMobility, has become the first automotive service network in the Philippines to receive Level 2 service accreditation from VinFast Auto Philippines. This landmark agreement allows Bosch Car Service to deliver advanced support for VinFast’s electric vehicle lineup, marking a significant step in the country’s EV aftersales evolution.
The Service Level Agreement authorizes Bosch Car Service centers to perform diagnostic services, campaign repairs, software updates, and full warranty work for VinFast models, following the successful completion of specialized technical training mandated by the EV manufacturer. The SLA was formally signed at the Bosch Car Service facility in Bacoor, Cavite.
“This agreement is more than just a technical collaboration—it’s a step toward shaping the future of mobility in the Philippines,” said Steve M. Gingco, Head of AutoCare and Retail Group at ACMobility. “We are preparing our network to meet the growing demand for qualified EV service while delivering a customer experience rooted in precision and trust.”
By June 2025, ten Bosch Car Service locations are expected to be fully equipped to handle VinFast vehicles, bolstering the brand’s presence in the Philippine EV landscape. The partnership underscores ACMobility’s continued investment in a nationwide infrastructure capable of supporting the country’s transition to sustainable mobility.
