Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (HMPH) recently handed over its second batch of Hyundai Mobile Service units to 10 additional dealerships on March 26, 2025. These units enable authorized dealerships to provide on-site after-sales service, bringing the same support found at service centers directly to customers—whether through roadside assistance or on-location servicing. This initiative aligns with Hyundai’s commitment to extending exceptional customer service beyond the showroom.
The new Mobile Service units were delivered to the following dealerships:
- Hyundai Cabanatuan City
- Hyundai Cebu Talisay
- Hyundai Dasmariñas Cavite
- Hyundai Dumaguete
- Hyundai La Union
- Hyundai Marikina
- Hyundai Marilao
- Hyundai Pasig
- Hyundai Quezon Avenue
- Hyundai Silang
The fleet comprises Staria Cargo units, each equipped with the necessary tools and equipment for on-site Hyundai vehicle inspections, all performed by certified Hyundai technicians. Earlier in March 2024, HMPH had already rolled out the first batch of 12 Mobile Service vehicles, and with this new batch, a total of 22 Hyundai dealerships now offer Mobile Service nationwide.
The Mobile Service units are capable of handling a range of tasks, including Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS), light general repairs, vehicle inspections, and roadside assistance. In 2024 alone, Hyundai’s Mobile Service fleet traveled to 159 locations, servicing 871 customer vehicles—a clear testament to the brand’s dedication to providing reliable support for its customers, no matter their location.
“We are proud to offer a service that goes beyond just providing quality vehicles. In 2024, our Hyundai Mobile Service units made a significant impact by reaching customers in remote areas, ensuring that their vehicles stay in top condition for safe and enjoyable travels. Our mission is to make sure our customers have the best after-sales service, no matter where they are,” said Mr. Jiho Son, President of Hyundai Motor Philippines.
