The Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and Land Transportation Office (LTO) held a free Road Safety Awareness Seminar on the second day of February this year, for 100 Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) operators, drivers, dispatchers, and conductors to better serve its commuting public.
With the supervision of LTO Parañaque Licensing Center Chief Ella D. Bautista, the seminar centered on the importance of being alert on the road, making sure that the bus that will be used is in good order, and for bus drivers to avoid drugs to ensure the safety of their passengers.
Jason Salvador, Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Head at PITX, also gave a message during the seminar, which was attended by different personnel from bus companies operating at the terminal.
