The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) is thrilled to announce that the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) MIMAROPA and the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) CALABARZON have officially moved their offices to PITX! This exciting development makes it easier for the public to access government services while offering PITX’s unparalleled convenience and connectivity for employees.

As a major transportation hub, PITX is the perfect location for DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON, helping them provide faster, more efficient services. Now, customers can conveniently access important services, such as permits and environmental clearances, in a highly accessible location with a variety of transportation options right at their doorstep.

“We are thrilled to welcome DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON to the PITX family,” said Jason Salvador, Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Director of PITX. “Their presence here aligns with our goal to make PITX not just a transportation hub but a center for essential public services.”

The relocation also means great news for employees! PITX’s strategic location offers easy connections to Metro Manila and nearby provinces via buses, jeepneys, shuttles, and even the soon-to-be-completed LRT-1 extension, making commuting faster and easier for everyone.

“We’re proud to support DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON’s mission to deliver improved public services and enhance the working environment for their teams,” Salvador added. “This move is another example of PITX growing beyond a terminal into a true community hub that serves the many needs of our city and region.”

With DENR MIMAROPA and EMB CALABARZON joining the PITX tenant roster, the terminal continues to expand its role as a key player in public service, transportation, and community engagement. We look forward to helping these agencies serve the public even more effectively.
