Holiday travelers flying through NAIA Terminal 3 have reason to smile. A centralized hub for ride-hailing services is now fully operational, promising smoother trips to and from the airport.
Located within the multi-level parking building at Terminal 3, this 6,000-square-meter hub is designed for convenience, with 401 parking slots, 18 loading bays, and dedicated lanes for transport network vehicles (TNVs). Whether you’re booking a ride through Grab, JoyRide, or Angkas’ Angcars, getting a reliable ride has never been easier.
Grab Philippines took the lead during the soft launch on December 5, providing services even before the hub’s official opening on December 8. “This hub is a game-changer for drivers and passengers. We’re excited to be the first operator here, setting a new standard for airport ride-hailing,” shared Ronald Roda, Grab Philippines Country Head.
Not far behind, JoyRide kicks off operations on December 10 with its app-based rides and Super Taxi fleet. “We’re committed to making sure passengers have more choices for safe and reliable transportation,” said JoyRide SVP for Corporate Affairs Noli Eala.
Angkas’ four-wheeled service, Angcars, is also rolling in, offering another seamless option for passengers. “This hub is a win for everyone—drivers, travelers, and the airport itself,” said Angkas CEO George Royeca.
For those without ride-hailing apps, no problem! Lounges for Grab, JoyRide, and Angcars are available at the car park for on-the-spot bookings, ensuring no one is left stranded.
NNIC General Manager Lito Alvarez highlights the bigger picture: “This hub is just one step in our mission to make travel stress-free for passengers. By centralizing TNVS operations, we’re improving traffic flow and giving travelers a smoother, more organized experience.”
With affordable rates comparable to coupon taxis and dedicated airport pickup drivers ready to serve, this hub is set to transform how passengers navigate Terminal 3 during the peak Christmas travel season and beyond.
For your next trip through NAIA Terminal 3, expect less hassle and more convenience—your ride is just a tap away.
