For two decades, this nationwide competition has spotlighted the passion, precision, and professionalism of IPC’s dealership aftersales teams, playing a vital role in Isuzu’s continued reign as the country’s number one truck brand.
Far more than a contest, the ISSO is IPC’s way of investing in people—equipping service teams with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to exceed customer expectations. This year’s theme, “Honoring Skills, Gearing the Future,” perfectly captured the spirit of progress that has defined IPC’s journey over the last 20 years.
“As new players enter the market, the difference won’t just be in the trucks we offer—it will be in the care we provide after the sale,” said IPC President Mikio Tsukui. “That’s why we recognize and celebrate the talent that keeps Isuzu service at global standards.”
Three core categories shaped this year’s ISSO:
- Parts Staff: testing accuracy and speed in identifying and managing critical components
- Service Advisors: judged on communication, customer care, and professional consultation
- Service Technicians: showcasing diagnostic and repair excellence under real-world conditions
Winners of the 2025 ISSO include:
- Parts Staff: Isuzu Makati (Champion), Isuzu Cabanatuan (1st Runner-Up), and Isuzu Bulacan (2nd Runner-Up)
- Service Advisor: Isuzu Calapan (Champion), with Isuzu Cabanatuan and Isuzu Bulacan close behind
- Service Technician: Isuzu Butuan (Champion), followed by Isuzu Alabang and Isuzu Cagayan De Oro
- Top Technician Award: Mr. Sani James Maghanoy of Isuzu Cagayan De Oro, recognized for exceptional technical skill
