MPT South has received its first-ever Stevie Award, securing a Bronze in the Innovation in Communications/Public Relations category at the 12th Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. The award recognizes the company’s Drayberks Road Safety Advocacy Program for its forward-thinking and inclusive approach to driver education and public safety.
The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards recognize outstanding achievements in innovation among organizations across 29 regional markets. The Stevie Awards brand, now in its 23rd year globally, is among the most respected in international business.
Introduced in 2018, Drayberks is a long-term advocacy initiative that supports drivers in becoming more informed and responsible road users. The program targets public utility drivers, logistics providers, and key mobility stakeholders across Metro Manila and Southern Luzon. By offering a continuous educational platform rather than a single-event training, Drayberks focuses on real-world application of traffic rules and behavioral change.
The campaign’s ability to connect with its audience and deliver tangible improvements in road awareness earned it praise from the award committee.
“This recognition is a milestone for MPT South,” said Officer-in-Charge Ms. Elnora D. Rumawak. “The Drayberks Campaign began with a clear goal—to promote safer road habits. With the help of our dedicated team and partners, it has grown into a sustainable movement. This award motivates us to pursue further innovations that serve the public interest.”
“The entries this year were highly competitive,” said Maggie Miller, President of the Stevie Awards. “Each winner has demonstrated not only creativity but a strong commitment to impact.”
