Hariphil Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), the official distributor of Hyundai commercial vehicles in the Philippines, is setting the stage for the next chapter in transport innovation with the Hyundai Truck and Bus Mobility EV-olution Expo happening on May 2, 2025, at the Filinvest Tent, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
This landmark event will bring together key voices from government, industry, and transport cooperatives to explore the road ahead in smart, sustainable mobility. Coinciding with the nation’s tribute to its workforce, the expo serves as a launchpad for cutting-edge solutions tailored to empower Filipino transport entrepreneurs, fleet operators, and logistics professionals.
Launching a New Era in Commercial Mobility
Hyundai Truck and Bus Philippines is introducing its first wave of electric commercial vehicles—crafted for high performance, energy efficiency, and a cleaner tomorrow.
- The Hyundai Mighty EV, a light-duty electric truck, combines silent operation, powerful range, and robust capabilities. With a 114.5 kWh battery, it delivers up to 370 kilometers of zero-emission driving and a 7,300 kg gross vehicle weight.
- The Hyundai County New Breeze EV offers a greener alternative for passenger transport. Its 128 kWh lithium-ion-polymer battery supports a range of up to 303 kilometers—ideal for eco-conscious people movers.
- The locally assembled HARI Cab completes the lineup with its Euro 4 D4CC diesel engine producing 160 ps and 40 kg-m torque. Its 14-foot deck provides flexible, high-capacity hauling for businesses on the move.
More Than an Expo: A Movement for Empowerment
The event also hosts a Transport Forum that will explore transport modernization, electrification trends, and smart mobility’s role in business success.
HARI President and CEO Maria Fe Perez-Agudo describes the EV-olution Expo as a catalyst for change through the Byahenyo Program—an initiative that nurtures entrepreneurial resilience and innovation.
“Our vision is to build a community of empowered transport entrepreneurs—Byahenyos—who lead their families, uplift communities, and inspire a more progressive nation. These are our future Byaheroes,” Agudo shared.
With a bold lineup of electric vehicles and a mission to champion sustainable enterprise, HARI is poised to drive the transformation of Philippine commercial mobility.
