MG Motor Philippines made a bold statement at the recently concluded Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) 2025 by unveiling a disassembled MG3 Hybrid+ at their booth. The display formed part of the newly launched “Made Global, Made Great” campaign, designed to highlight MG’s partnerships with some of the world’s leading automotive technology suppliers.
The unique setup allowed visitors to see up close the global expertise behind the MG3 Hybrid+. Each major component on display was sourced from renowned international brands, many of which have long-standing joint ventures with SAIC Motor, MG’s parent company.
Some key global partners included:
- Sanden Huayu Automotive Air-Conditioning Co., Ltd. (Japan) – Air-conditioning compressors
- BorgWarner (North America) – EGR valves
- Bosch (Germany) – Brake boosters, ECM modules, steering systems, and more
- Gates Corporation (North America) – Engine intake systems, belts, and timing components
- Continental AG (Germany) – High-voltage wiring harnesses, insulation, and seat systems
- CATL (China) – High-voltage hybrid and EV batteries
“This exhibit showed our customers exactly why MG vehicles can be trusted — because they are built with parts and technology from some of the most respected automotive suppliers in the world,” said Mr. Karl Magsuci, Vice President for Operations, MG Motor Philippines. “It’s all part of our brand promise: MG.
