MG Motor Philippines kicks off its participation at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show with the exciting preview of the all-new ZS Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV)—a stylish and smart crossover that blends everyday versatility with fuel-saving hybrid tech.
The latest version of MG’s popular ZS subcompact crossover gets a major upgrade inside and out. Up front, it features a sharper, more expressive grille, sleeker LED headlights with DRLs, a bolder bumper design, and new 18-inch alloy wheels that give it a sportier stance.
Powering the ZS HEV is a 1.5-liter gasoline engine working in tandem with an electric motor, backed by a 1.83kWh battery. This hybrid setup produces a total of 196 PS and 250 Nm of torque, making it both powerful and fuel efficient—with consumption figures nearing 25 kilometers per liter.
Inside the cabin, MG made sure to deliver on modern tech and comfort. You’ll find a crisp 12.3-inch touchscreen loaded with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as a 7-inch digital instrument display to keep drivers informed at a glance. Other standout features include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, power sunroof, 360-degree camera system, and keyless entry with push-start ignition.
In terms of safety and driver assistance, the ZS HEV comes with MG’s latest MG PILOT system—a full suite of advanced features like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, emergency braking, rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, and more.
