Get ready for a massive celebration of Filipino car culture as the Okada Manila Motorsport Carnivale 2025 hits full throttle starting May 4!
Brought to life by Yllana Racing and Okada Manila, this year’s Carnivale is bigger, faster, and louder — promising a non-stop motorsport experience right at the heart of Entertainment City.
The action kicks off with a dawn-to-dusk Super Sprint from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, followed by the highly anticipated Grand Car Meet: Legends of the ’90s at 7:00 PM — a nostalgic, turbocharged gathering perfect for car enthusiasts and families looking to relive the golden age of speed.
At the helm is motorsport champion and advocate Jomari Yllana, President of Yllana Racing. “We’re celebrating not just the cars or the races, but the spirit of Filipino passion for motorsports,” Yllana said. “Thanks to Okada Manila’s partnership, we’re bringing everyone together — racers, fans, and families — into one unstoppable community.”

More Speed, More Fun
The motorsport party doesn’t stop there. Mark your calendars for May 31, when the Jom’s Cup takes over with high-stakes ⅛-mile drag racing featuring Super Cars, Muscle Cars, and Vintage rides — all roaring across Okada Manila’s stunning Boardwalk and Gardens.
In between the races, guests will also enjoy a cutting-edge EV car showcase starring celebrity guests, highlighting the future of motoring with a sustainable twist.
After smashing records in 2023 — with over 2,400 vehicles and thousands of guests — this year’s Carnivale is set to push Filipino motorsport culture to thrilling new heights. “We awakened a sleeping giant,” Yllana said. “Now, we’re going full speed ahead.”

Honoring the Glory Days, Racing Toward the Future
Motorsport Carnivale draws inspiration from the prestigious Philippine Grand Prix era of the 1970s — when racing reigned supreme in Manila — and now aims to ignite that same passion in today’s youth.
Elevating the event to world-class levels is Rikki Dy-Liacco, race steward at global events like the 24 Hours of Le Mans and Head of Motorsports at the Automobile Association Philippines (AAP). “We’re setting a new standard for Philippine motorsports, making it exciting, professional, and globally competitive,” said Dy-Liacco.
Okada Manila’s President and COO, Byron Yip, sees the Carnivale as part of a bigger vision. He was quoted as saying, “We are proud to support experiences that celebrate community, culture, and passion. Motorsport Carnivale is a dynamic, family-friendly addition to the many world-class offerings at Okada Manila.”
With turbocharged energy, high-octane events, and family-friendly excitement, the Okada Manila Motorsport Carnivale 2025 is ready to ignite the next era of Philippine racing.
