VinFast is taking a major step toward strengthening its presence in the Philippines by partnering with MGA.414 Corporation’s JIGA auto service chain. The two companies have signed an MOU to establish more than 100 EV service centers nationwide by 2025, ensuring Filipino EV owners have easy access to high-quality repairs, maintenance, and warranty services.
Through this collaboration, JIGA’s service centers will meet VinFast’s stringent standards for infrastructure, equipment, and expertise, while exclusively using genuine VinFast parts. This move aims to boost customer confidence and streamline after-sales support.
With the demand for electric vehicles on the rise, this partnership signals VinFast’s long-term commitment to sustainable transportation in the Philippines. As part of the deal, VinFast will provide JIGA with specialized training and technical support to accelerate the growth of its EV service network.
JIGA, a leader in automotive services with 16 locations across Luzon, Visayas, and other key regions, is well-positioned to support VinFast’s mission. “The EV market in the Philippines is expanding, and partnering with a trailblazer like VinFast allows us to elevate our service offerings while promoting sustainable mobility,” said JIGA President Michael Abanero.
VinFast Asia CEO Pham Sanh Chau echoed this sentiment, stating, “This collaboration reinforces our dedication to providing top-tier support for Filipino EV owners and marks a milestone in our green transportation efforts.”
Since its 2024 launch in the Philippines, VinFast has introduced innovative EV models and expanded its customer service footprint. Its partnership with JIGA further strengthens its position as a key player in Southeast Asia’s transition to cleaner mobility.
