inDrive, a global mobility service provider, has teamed up with the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) to expand safe, flexible, and commuter-focused transport options across Metro Manila and beyond. The agreement, marked by a ceremonial signing between inDrive and PITX officials, establishes a long-term partnership aimed at enhancing urban mobility and supporting local transport drivers.

Signing the Memorandum of Agreement were Sofia Guinto, inDrive Philippines’ Business Development Head; Mark Tolley, inDrive Regional Director; and Mohit Malhi, Chief Operating Officer of PITX. The initiative underscores both parties’ commitment to improving transportation accessibility and reinforcing fair, community-based mobility services.

“From the beginning, inDrive has stood for fairness and empowerment,” said Guinto. “Through this partnership, we aim to provide more than a service—we’re building a platform that respects the voices of passengers and drivers alike.”

PITX’s vast commuter base—serving over 50 million passengers last year—makes it an ideal partner for expanding inDrive’s transport offerings. Commuters can now conveniently book rides through the inDrive app from PITX to any point within Metro Manila and MUCEP zones, including Cavite and Laguna. On-site, riders will benefit from a designated pickup area and priority dispatch for a smoother travel experience.

The initiative is a core component of inDrive’s Ligtas Biyahe campaign, which promotes safety awareness, responsible driving, and a commuter-first approach to mobility. The newly launched booth at PITX will serve not only as a booking point but also as a hub for educational outreach and support—offering in-app guidance, driver onboarding sessions, and safety briefings.

“This collaboration helps us move forward in modernizing public transport infrastructure while prioritizing passenger safety,” said Malhi. “We welcome inDrive’s presence as part of our commitment to elevate the commuter experience.”

The inDrive booth is located at the Podium Building Taxi Bay Area of PITX and officially began operations on June 26, 2025.
