SuzukiPH concludes 2024 Raider Big Ride Series with a grand finale in Visayas

Suzuki Philippines successfully concluded the third and final leg of its 2024 Raider Big Ride series in the Visayas region. The event, hosted in Silay City, Negros Occidental, attracted an impressive 784 riders, highlighting the enduring popularity of the Raider R150 and the strong sense of camaraderie within the Suzuki motorcycle community.

The Suzuki Raider Big Ride Visayas showcased the growing strength of Suzuki’s Raider community. Half of the participants were club members, while the other half were solo riders from Iloilo, Cebu, Ormoc, and Dumaguete, underscoring the event’s wide regional appeal.

The ride featured a scenic 30-kilometer route, starting at the Kansilayan Gym in Silay City, winding to the Bacolod City Government Center, and looping back to the starting point. The post-ride program transformed into a star-studded celebration.

The event was more than just impressive numbers and exciting activities; it was a testament to the dedication and camaraderie thriving within the Suzuki Raider community. The participation of various Raider clubs from across the Visayas region added a sense of unity and fellowship. Their enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.

The significant presence of solo riders who traveled long distances to join the event highlighted their unwavering passion for the Raider brand and the excitement surrounding the Big Ride. The camaraderie among the riders was evident throughout the event, from helping fellow riders on the route to sharing tips and experiences during the post-event festivities. The Suzuki Raider riders truly embodied the spirit of a supportive community.

The energetic crowd enjoyed live performances from Negros’ homegrown talents, including the Project Juan Band, DJ Michelle Murphy, and the captivating Ysa Belle. Fellow Raider owners and local motovloggers joined in the festivities.

Beyond the ride, the event showcased Suzuki’s commitment to social responsibility. The Suzuki Mt. Kanlaon Charity Ride, in partnership with the local government of La Castellana, exemplified this dedication. Twenty volunteer Raider riders from around Negros Occidental participated in a special 61-kilometer ride from Bacolod City to La Castellana.

The Suzuki Raider Big Ride is a three-leg nationwide event, with previous rounds held in Luzon and Mindanao, attracting nearly 3,000 riders in total. This gathering of riders is Suzuki’s way of expressing gratitude to the Raider community for their unwavering support, which has maintained its supremacy in the Underbone category for over two decades. The event’s success is a testament to the enduring passion for motorcycles and the strong sense of community that solidifies the Suzuki Raider as the Underbone King.
